With express intention to facilitate construction efficiency and economy, this project envisages the creation of modular housing taking advantage of ‘state-of-the-art’ steel technologies.  The design intention is to create flexible products that induce affordability, ease of construction and offer a luxurious living experience.  A contemporary aesthetic is embodied in a series of planning options that are adaptable for various site conditions, client requirements and financial constraints
